Fantastic service…The house I’m buying had a pre-sale inspection report. Michael found several errors in that report. Such as a dryer pipe was said to be connected to the vent pipe but it was not. But the major finding was mold in the attic, the pre-sale report said there was no access to the attic at all… 5* service! Thank you, Michael!
